Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase  date All items must be unused, unopened  Shipping costs are non-refundable Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only. Return labels are paid for by us.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled and refunded for any reason unless it has already shipped, in that case the item will have to be shipped backed and then refunded when it arrives back to our store.

When orders are placed they are shipped the same day as long as it’s before pickup, if ordered after pickup they will leave the next day. Estimates are provided by the 3rd party shipping companies at checkout. These are estimates only . NO SHIPPING SERVICE IS GUARANTEED THEY ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day air are the only ONES Guaranteed. USPS does not GUARANTEE SERVICE. Keep that in mind when you choose shipping service .
